About Us
I say us, but it’s me really. I’m Rach, curator of everything you see here. I live in Cheshire, England with my husband and two dogs. When I became unwell and was unable to work anymore, I started to think about what I could do to earn a crust.
I have always been passionate about mental health and made sure that I have looked after my own. So, I developed a range of products and clothing to look after your mental health at any age.
Founder of The Overwhelm Button and a range of planners for mental health, and as a former Social Worker, I understand that it’s not always possible to be positive. That’s why everything I do and make is focused on the fact that it really is OK not to be OK.
